However, please exercise caution when curling or straightening the hair, as exposure to high temperatures can damage the hair.

It is important to note that our wig product cannot be dyed. This is because the hair lacks cuticles, preventing the color from lasting for an extended period. Additionally, the hair cream rinse inside the wig cap cannot be washed out.

Regarding the wig wearing process, we recommend the following steps: a. Gently comb the wig with a specialized comb, except for curly wigs. b. Secure the wig cap using the provided buckle. c. Spray the wig care solution and style the wig to your preference.

For wig cleaning and care, follow these steps: a. Straighten out the wig. b. Add shampoo to cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, and then rinse with water. c. Dry the wig with a towel, then air-dry it. d. Spray the wig with a care solution.

It is normal for all wigs to shed and tangle slightly, especially when worn for the first time. To address this, use professional metal combs to gently comb the hair, starting from the ends and working your way up. This technique will prevent the wig fibers from shedding and tangling further. (Tip: For curly wigs, it is recommended to comb using your fingers.)

Please note that all wigs are hand-trimmed, so the hairstyle may vary slightly between different batches. You can style the wig according to your personal preferences. Additionally, the color may appear slightly different depending on your computer or mobile device's display settings. We strive to accurately represent the colors of our products.

Please be aware that due to packaging or transport-related extrusion, the wig may require gentle shaking upon receipt to restore its fluffy appearance as depicted in the image.

The approximate wig length is 65 cm, with the ponytail extending to 55 cm. The maximum circumference of the cap size is approximately 20-21 inches (51-53 cm), with a normal adjustment range of 1-2 cm.
